Need help with this form and expandable pages

Hi there

I created a form with a expandable table on the last page. This last page has its own masterpage.

On this masterpage I placed some textfields...name, birth and so on.

When I fill out the form in adobe reader it all works fine until the table reach next page, then all written text in textfields dissappear.

What do I do to keep the text in the textfields on the expandable pages?

You need to provide unique names to those fields on the Master Page and then make the binding to Global. This way the values are retained in all the expandable pages..
