I created a form using LiveCycle and distributed. I received over 80 completed forms back. Everything worked great until I noticed that my response file (using Acrobat 9 Pro)is missing some data. Several fields (that correspond to questions using radio buttons in the original form) are showing zeros. The imported pdf forms are also missing the answers even though users filled them in. When I export to Excel, these fields are ommitted and do not show. What happened to the data? Is it invisible for some reason? How can I get it back?
