When a user completes the form I have created above and sends the responses via email the values are not saving in the multi-select (drop down list fields).
I also am having trouble letting 'reader' users able to save the form locally.
Thanks - looking for some help!

Is there a reason you have used a drop down list control as opposed to a list box control. The list box has support for multiple selections, within Designer. It also binds to a dataGroup so can hold multiple values whereas the drop down binds to a dataValue.

Even if the form is change to a list box or drop down list - why are the values NOT saving upon submit. Why is this so difficult to do? This should be simple functionality. Create a box with multiple values, allow users to select multiple values, allow them to respond and the form ACTUALLY saves!

I'm not sure I understand the problem. I changed your form to a listbox control and it works as I would expect, submitting multiple values.
