Multi-language/bilingual Form

Hello,

I'm wondering how bilingual forms are supported? If I have a form that should contain an English and Spanish version, is it possible to simply include a button on the form that translates/displays either language for the user?  how should I go about accomplishing this, easily?

I have made an sample for a multilingual form, where you easily can switch between german and english via a dropdown field.
