modify form located on network

Hi All.

I would like to modify form that located on network but I cannot do it till somebody opened that form. Is it possible to avoid that situation. If yes, how it to do?

There is no method to avoid this problem I believe.

I don't understand the question.  Are you trying to modify a template that's on a network drive that you can't access?  If so that's a network issue.  If you have access to the form you should be able to edit it in Designer without issue

I have access. But when I made some changes and try to save the form located on network I got message that I cannot do it because that file is using or opened by someone. Is it possible to avoid that situation?

Now I understand and unfortunately there isn't a workaround for this that I know of, if someone has the file opened with a lock on it there isn't an ability to overwrite.
