Migration tools for migrating Documaker forms to Livecycle?

LiveCycle Solutions I am looking for information around any migration tools for migrating Documaker forms to Livecycle?

any help/guidance here would be very helpful.

If Documaker is capable of Export the form/template into PDF then migration would be easy.

But, JavaScript may not get preserved.
