Migration from MS Word Documents

One of our project requires migrating data from existing MS Word documents to Adobe compatible XML, especially users don't want to loose the formatting when it is imported to a rich text field. Is there any solution accelarators available for migrating existing MS Word documents Adobe XML?

SPotluri,

There are no Solution Accelerators per se that do this exact thing however you can easily import your Word documents as interactive (but non-dynamic) XFA forms using Adobe LiveCycle Designer. When importing, you can chose to retain the document's appearance (to retain formatting) which results in an XFA-PDF form that has a high-fidelity back-end (your original document, converted to PDF) and a fillable front-end (XFA fields laid overtop the background).
