I received the following questions from a customer regarding support for converting DGN files to PDF...
Generate PDF Service can work with AutoCad files, but what can you tell me about its compatibility with Microstation files (.dgn files) ?
Can Generate PDF directly convert .dgn files to PDF format ?
Can the Generate PDF Service specially recognize separate levels on Microstation drawing?
I have similar questions about Acrobat. Is Acrobat Professional Extended required to recognize and work with separate levels ?
I have checked the Supported Formats list for PDFG & PDFG 3D and do not see DGN files listed. Would like to confirm that there are no work arounds that would enable DGN support before I respond to the customer.
