I need three master pages, the first, middle, and last. The first needs to occur exactly once, the last 0 to exactly once, and the middle needs to occur 0 to infiniti (ie. depending on user input - 1 page will have only first master page, 2 pages will have first and last, 3 or more will have first, middle, and last) I have been playing with the Restrict Page Occurrence, but have not found the right combination. Is this possible? THX.
