My master page text (footnotes) has suddenly stopped printing, though visible on the screen and set to visible in the object palette. Just before the problem began, I had added a print button to the master page and set this to visible (screen only). I have since moved this button off the master page b/c I remember hearing that there have been problems with visible (screen only) on a master page. But even with the button removed, I cannot get the text to print. I have deleted the text entirely and rewritten it, but nothing. Any suggestions?
