Mandatory Radio Buttons Highlighted?

I have some mandatory radio buttons in a dynamic form that the user needs to click either yes or no before they can submit the form by email.  They are not showing up as highlighted though.  How do I get this to happen?

Hi,

We have come across this before, where the extent to which a mandatory radio button is highlighted varies between different versions of Acrobat/Reader.
