make form READ ONLY when saved

Hi all,

New to LC and trying to finish up form.  Trying  to make form READ ONLY when it is saved (but can be changed by the creator.)

I.e  creator fills out form and must submit via email.  when recipient gets filled out form, recipient can not make changes.

I have seen a few examples where a button might be used but does anyone have code to do this automatically, when "save" button is clicked it saves and creates read only file. The creator would have to be able to go back in and make changes.

Any help would be great...code, or point me in the right direction with form that does this already?

Do you have LC server?

If yes, it can be easily achieved with the help of Reader Extensions or Rights Management Service.
