I'm producing dynamic pdf-files with LiveCycle Designer that are filled with an xml data afterwards. Some mobile devices however have problems opening dynamic pdfs (apple, android), so I'm looking for a way to make my pdf static after filling in the xfa form. Does anyone have an idea?

Assuming you have Acrobat installed, print the form but select Adobe PDF as the printer.

If you want an interactive pdf that uses xml it has to be XFA (dynamic or static). As far as I'm aware there aren't many (if any) mobile applications that can render XFA forms. (I'm by no means an expert, just from personal experience re. apple products). An alternative would be to look into using Flash based form technology.
