<Very urgent> How to get data from LDAP server.

Hi ,

I am able to connect to the LDAP server but could not able to get my desired results.

This becuase of I  dont know how to set the values for Query settings. I tried with many values  with the help from google ... but not sure I am not getting the values. Please help  me in how to set the values for below attached imgae  file.  or else

Could  you provide standard Example (which from Adobe) or  sample lca file which has the c onfiguration for LDAP query  settings.
