Lost the borders around all of my mandatory fields.

I've created a form with a variety of mandatory fields.  I've now lost the borders around the fields when I preview the form in PDF.  Any help would be appreciated.

can you post the form? If you copy a mandatory field from the current form into a new form, can you see the borders?

In Designer under Form Properties under Form Validations there is a Color Mandatory Fields option, is this set?
