loss of data in the conversion from pdf to pdf/a
Hello everyone, I have a little problem.
When I use the standard Livecycle's Activity called "Convert to PDF/A" with Service Name "DocConverterService" and Category "Common", I loss some data in pdf.

All other pdf files are converted without losing data, I have a problem only with this.
What could be the problem???
Please help me.
