I have a form that I use at my business that has the Lock All Fields button. A problem has come up involving the end users of the form.
The form needs to be locked at the end of the day, however when they lock the form, it comes up with the "Save As" box instead of just saving the form. The problem comes from the fact that the server they are saving it to does not allow the end user to delete, overwrite or remove files from it, for security reasons. They can save as normal on the server, but not overwrite an existing file.
Is this an IT issue on my server end, or is it a permissions problem with the form I created?
The end users are using Adobe Reader X and this was not a problem before when using Adobe Reader 9. In 9 they could save and lock the forms with no problems occuring.
