When i load an image into Livecycle, i receive a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program File....

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I can't find anything online that fixes this problem.

I have tried using JPEG and BMP Image types

I installed Visual Studio 2017 x64:vc_redist.x64.exe and that did not solve the issue.

I have a windows 10 machine with a 64-bit Operating System.

Under my programs and features these are listed for Microsoft Visual C++:

2005 Redistributable (x64)

2008 Redistributable -x86 9.0.30729.4148

2008 Redistributable -x86 9.0.30729.6161

2013 Redistributable (x64)-12.0.21005

2013 Redistributable (x86)-12.0.21005

2017 Redistributable (x64)-14.14.26429

Some images will load into LiveCycle, however, once I move them to fix their position, I will receive the error. Other times as soon as I try and load the image it will give me the error.

Thank you for all the help!
