I have a Distro form that tracks attendance, broken down with 7 groups and numerous sub groups that sends to 25 individuals. One of the groups has 15 sub groups. How do I consolidate the results to one form so I can see the overall results rather than the individual report results?
On a similar form, I have a drop down that shows a Location selection (building A, Building B, etc) and each building has several sections (front office, nurse station, kitchen), and each section has individuals listed (bob, mary. john, sue). What I need to know is how do I get the list of individuals to populate so it shows all those people in that specific section? So If I pick Building C (combo box one) Kitchen (combo box 2) it populates Tom, Harry, Betty and Jane.
