Can you double-check the LiveCycle version you have?  LiveCycle 7.0 and 7.2 were released but not 7.1.

LiveCycle 7.2 is neither tested nor supported on Windows 7.

i can't, it's not installed on my computer but on some of my customers.

if v7.2 is not compatible, what about v7.0 ?
