LiveCycle issue

When clicking on a form in LiveCycle, the form comes up as a blank white page. If I click reload content, I have to browse back to the form but this time it comes up. Does anyone know what causes this?

Can you add a screen shot, I'm not sure what you mean by reload content, are you in LiveCycle Designer / AEM Forms or something else?

Sorry for the late reply. Here is my issue. If I right-click in the white and select reload content, everything reloads and I can then open the form.

Hi,

I have not seen that UI before, I assume it's one of the other LiveCycle products than Designer, or is there a new version I haven't seen.

There's usually some logging in the "%temp%" directory maybe worth looking there, otherwise I doubt I can help
