I am using image fields in LiveCycle and when pictures are added, they are sized but still uncompressed. This causes the file size to be substantially large when adding 15-20 pictures. Is there a way to have them automatically compress when added, for instance like if you did a print to PDF?

The image fields store the image data as base64-string without any compression like Deflate.

So the only way to have a smaller file size it to use smaller images.
