Livecycle forms blank after user fills in information and saves

I have created a number of fillable forms in Adobe Livecycle with the goal of having the user fill in the form and save a copy with the filled in content.  However, the content that the user is filling in is not saving.  I have tried saving the form as a Reader Extendable version, but the forms still lose whatever content the user entered when they are reopened.  I am using Livecycle ES4 if that helps... Thoughts?

which version of Acrobat do you use to enable Reader Extension on the form?

Sounds like your form fields don't have any data binding...but for a better answer I would have to see your form first.
