LiveCycle ES4 upgrade

I have a LiveCycle ES4 Server Turn-key installation (Win 2008 server, and Win SQL 2012), and I am planning an upgrade.  Is AEM 6.2 Forms JEE my best option?  Thank you,

There is no direct upgrade path available. Please check upgrade guides[1] which covers all the upgrade scenarios. The installer should be available on Licensing website.
