LiveCycle ES4 on a windows server 2012: ZeroGu2:Windows dll failed to load

I recently upgraded to ES4 and when I try to install at windows server 2012, I get the below errors:

ZeroGu2:Windows dll failed to load

Anybody had issues with ES4 and Windows server 2012.?
