We recently moved from Exchange 2010 to Office 365. I am trying to change the configuration to Email via Office 365 and I am getting the following error -
2015-10-28 13:40:48,783 ERROR [com.adobe.workflow.AWS] (http-0.0.0.0-8080-2) An exception was thrown with name com.adobe.idp.dsc.email.ConnectionFailedException message:Failed to connect to email server: <emailaddr>@<emaildomain>@<smtphostaddr> Reason: Can't send command to SMTP host while invoking service EmailService and operation sendWithDocument and no fault routes were found to be configured.
Can anyone shed some light on what I can do to fix this issue.
