LiveCycle Designer free trial download

I've downloaded what I thought was the free trial but when I tired to run the .exe file, it's always asking me if I want to overwrite the current version of Acrobat Pro XI.  What does LiveCycle installation have anything to do with Acrobat Pro XI??
