LiveCycle Designer ES4: error importing Word document

I have LiveCycle Designer ES4 and want to create a form by using a Word 20130 document.

However, when I try to imports the Word document I get an error message: "Word (version XP or onwards) could not be found on the machine"

Could you please help me? Thanks!

Not too sure on how to fix your error, but i do know that if you import a document from word and you try to edit it or add in certain things, its going to fail on you since the processes in the background of the word document(when imported, invisible and cant be seen(format etc)) will interfere. ie) expanding text wont work properly.

I really advise you making it from scratch on live cycle, it's pretty straight forward, and it'll waste less time

Dear radzmar,

thanks a lot for the link, unfortunately I already checed the registry key but I cannot import a word document into livecycle! I have the same error message that I mentioned, do you have more suggestions? Thanks a lot!
