HELP!!
I have created a PDF form using Livecycle Design and I intend to distribute the form to various users; and collect the responses back with the in-built feature in adobe pro 9 ( there is this file called RESPONSE FILE (after I distributed the form) where I can view or collate all the response forms submitted to me)
My issues is as such that;-
1. I have ONE form
2. There will be 3 main centers i.e. Centre 1,2,3 which the users can send the forms to
3. How can I design the form in a way that if User A chose to send the form to Centre 2; Centre 1 and 3 will not get the distributed form sent to them?
