Live Cycle: Cell Limits on Return Value

I want cell "a" to return a value from cell "b" that is no greater than 8 and no less than 0. Example: If someone inputs 12 into cell "b" I only want "a" to show 8.

This is for a timesheet where I am splitting cell "b" to regular hours and to hours.
