I have a document that I created in LiveCycle Designer. I have an order form that is attached to the pdf when I bring it up in adobe to complete the form. The attached form has check boxes that can be marked to complete the order form, but I want the text on what the check box was for to translate into the original pdf that teh order form is attached to. For example, if the check box says right leg, and that box gets checked, I want it to say right leg in the first document. How do I accomplish this?
