There are instances in which we would like to prefill data into a form and then send out to a number of people. I know there are some posts about that, but I have some additionals questions to go with that. We use PDFExplode to help us send out information at time, say a profile update for a webpage as it runs from our database. We would like to get it into a form that can have the current information and then space to edit as well, all in one place. We currently have Lotus Notes as our e-mail system but will be switching to Office 365 sometime in the next year. In the past Lotus Notes has hindered us from doing things like this. Will this be more plausible with Office 365 and the various levels connectivity that we need? I'm posting this question in several different forums to see what thoughts are on the matter and if anyone has had any experience with this.
