LC text field format

I have a multi line text field on a LC form. Is there a way to have the form show, and print, notebook like lines in the field, instead of a blank box,

Would making the text underlined suffice?  On the toolbar select the underline option.

Thanks for taking the time to respond TundraSteve, but I want the lines to show even if there is no text.

That's not possible with a single textfield.

But you can put another textfield or a subform with lines behind your textfield to make it look like one textfield.
