Language when previewing

I created a form in AEM Forms and added a file to preview data. When I click to preview data the data displays in another language. How can I change the preview language to English.

I think we may have to see the form to understand the problem.  Are you able to post add a link to the form in this thread?

If you want to share your form, you need to upload it somewhere, like google docs, dropbox, or whatever and add a link to it in this thread.
