Just bought LifeCycle Designer ES4, get invalid Serial number when installing

Purchased Adobe LifeCycle Designer ES4 using our business account on the Adobe.com.

Get the serial number and downloaded the software from the same site and login account.

Went to install, entered the serial number (triple-checked), and got invalid serial number.

We need to get a 1099 form submitted to IRS in short order.  Need help.

Got it figured out.  Worked on another PC without entering dashes, but when we didn't use dashes, it didn't work, when we did it worked.
