Good morning,
I am getting the following error when users with Adobe Reader try to open a form created in Livecycle. The default is locale for the form and would be greatful for any assistance.
Thanks
Steve

You get this if using any odd characters in the upper ranges of the character set.
I ran into it recently using en- and em-spaces, also had it a while back using some symbols.
If you print the pdf to a new pdf you can use the Acrobat preflight tool to track down the problem characters.

Same here. We resolved the issue by tracking down the object causing the warning (removing, testing, removing, testing). It turns out it was a text object whose text was pasted from Indesign - somehow a BELL-character snuck in there).

Dealt with this today.
It seems to have something to do with the Myriad Pro font and pasting text from another application. I am working with LiveCycle and ran into this today.
1.) Using Myriad Pro
2.) Created Form In LiveCycle Designer
3.) Reviewed Printed Form in Acrobat (Properties)
4.) Noticed a Kobuki type word in my font list
5.) Re-opened form in livecycle and replaced font with Calibri (Seems to match) in main text area.
6.) Kobuki font is removed and no more errors.
Hope it helps!
