Essentially, I have created a document that is sent out to suppliers who then completed the form and send back to us for review. Unfortunately, suppliers are unable to save the interactive document. They have been forced to print and scan back in which is problematic. We need the file to stay interactive when we receive it back so that we can utilize some of the interactive features on the document "for office use only" sign-offs, etc.
Any insight into how to edit the form so that it can be saved correctly?
