issues deploying LCA

I am getting the below error when attempting to deploy an lca.

Can anyone provide any insight on this?

Error previewing archive: 'System cannot import this patch LCA since application does not exist in the system.'

The LCA which you are attempting to import does not have the full application.

If the application is already exists on the server, you can patch it.

Else you should export the complete application once and try to import.
