Is there a developer version of LiveCycle that I can use to run locally?

I am working on a JEE app that interacts with LiveCycle and I would like to set up a test environment where the server can be accessible while I am developing application code. Is there a developer version of LiveCycle server that I can use to run locally? Would this be something that would be covered under a support contract?
