Is it possible to create a dynamic form and have it accessible on an iPad using Acrobat Reader?

Thanks. I've put in a call to the sales department to find out more on AEM forms. Do you happen to know what costs are involved for this service?

Dynamic forms only render on the Desktop version of Adobe Reader. You can use the AEM Forms product to convert a dynamic form to HTML5 which can render on the iPad.
