i found this error:

insufficient permissions to create a new CollectionNode. You must be an OWNER of the room to add new multi-user features to it. Log in with developer credentials in order to do so.

Is this the first time you log into the room? Have you checked the permission levels in the room with the developer console?

yes，i checked the permission levels in the room，this use's permission is owner.  so now it is ok....
