install LiveCycle ES2 SP1

Hi All,

I installed LiveCycle ES2 SP1 : workbench and designer shows 9.0.0.0.0 correctly but in admin UI it does not reflect that info, also I have selected two modules during SP1 install the admin shows only one module with older version

ADOBE® LIVECYCLE® PDF Generator ES2 8.0.0

During the install I received errors:

ERROR ALC-LCM-030-300 failed to deploy LCA    ~Adobe\Adobe LiveCycle ES2\deploy\adobe_guides.lca

Error: Acrobat Version is incorrect.

On different environment of LCES2 before the install of SP1 on adminui it was displying correct version 9.0.0.0 with one module (BPM)

but after SP1  applied it does not show any info.

Also under installed module it does not display any module

What is wrong here? pl. help

If you have installed ES2 SP1, the version number must be  9.0.0.0.1   (not  9.0.0.0.0 which ES2).

Verify the installation log for proper installation of all modules. If it did not complete, try to reinstall.

Note that reinstall of SP1 fixed the issue.
