Insert PDF into form

Employees create a pdf file from data, they complete a QA form that I've created about this data.  Is it possible to insert/attach this pdf file to the form?

What would be the best way?

So are you trying to attached the PDF to another PDF? IS that Q&A form a PDF?

Jasmin,

The QA form, which is a pdf, has been created by me and I would like to

1. either insert the pdf into my QA form or

2. attach it to the QA form.

I hope this makes it a bit clearer.

Cheers

Do you want the employee to attache the PDF to the D&A form or you want to do it server side?

We can do it in both cases.

Well, then you can just use the attachment tab in Acrobat to attach a document to you pdf.

Thanks Jasmin thats what we will do.

Just a follow on from this.  Is there a way to create say a text field and the user of the form can "paste" a text in there which will expand to allow for the amount of lines pasted.

I will do some testing myself and see how I go

Thanks for all the help

If you create your PDF with LC Form Designer you can do that.

Check the expandToFit option.
