Indent data in text boxes

Is it possible to indent the input data in the text boxes by a space or two so it does not sit up against the edge?

On the Layout tab you can set a top/bottom/right/left margin or on the Paragraph tab you can set an indents and spacings there.

Found it thanks, I also found the way to edit just the value and not include in the cpation.
