Import Word File to LifeCycle Designer - Conversion Error:1

When trying to import a .doc file into Lifecycle Designer 8.2 I recieved the conversion error:1.  It fails almost instantley and no log file is generated.

I have also tried a file that only had text on the page with the same result.  I am using office 07.

Any ideas?

Can you send you test files to LiveCycle8@gmail.com and I will try them here. I am just making sure that there is nothing in  the file that is causing it to fail.
