Image proportions

Here is the thing I have

- PDF with multiple pages

- users fill in some data which is auto-placed on different pages

- users place a logo (in a ImageField, placed with LiveCycle) which is auto-placed on different pages

The problem

- the placed logo is OUT OF PROPORTION (and yes; the field is set to "keep proportions"

What I am looking for

- we are looking for the proportion-solution. So I heard, it is a program-bug. So this might not be solvable?

Hi,

That's not what we are seeing here.

This has three image fields, clicking the top left will open browser to insert an image. This will then populate the other two image fields (which are read only). One by script and the other by global binding.

We have tried JPEG, PNG, TIF and GIF, of different resolutions and they all come in to each field proportionally.

What is the logo file type and resolution?

As it seems, the problem is in the version of Acrobat (Reader). Version 8 is bugged, version 9 works fine.

So all I have to do, is make sure the client uses version 9 or above.

I added a "download here" function in the form.
