Hi,
Can someone tell me how to overlay an image on a PDF form in Forms ES. I have tried the assembler service but the assembler service overlays only PDF documents and not an image.

You can't overlay an image with Forms.
Forms uses data + form template to create a PDF. What you can do is set the data node that corresponds to your image with base64 encoded version of your jpg and then pass that data to Forms. It will put the content of that image in the image field.

Thanks Jasmin for the reply. Actually there is no Image field in my form. I just need to overlay an image at the specific position. If it cant be done in Forms Then is there any other way to achieve this?

I think your only option would be to use the Overlay feature of Assembler.
You would need to add the signature images in their own separate PDF and then overlay it with the main document.

I've used this method in the past. It's clunky but it works.

When i add the image into a pdf and try to overlay. A new error message comes up saying "Could not flatten the input file".
