I need to use LiveCycle Output ES for automatic form processing against xml-backed docs. Product?

I need to process a form created in ES Designer that is backed by a dynamic xml document. I was told I need to use the ES Output product to accomplish this. I am looking at trial software to download - do I need to use LiveCycle ES3 Data Services or LiveCycle ES3 Server; I don't see a separate offering for 'ES Output' .

Any pointers are greatly appreciated!
