I keep getting email warning when I open form

I can't get rid of this warning, "Please enter a valid email address e.g. name@somewhere.com" that shows up when I open a form I made in Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7. It shows up every time I open the file. I've tried every option and preference for the form. On another form I made, it doesn't show up. Can anyone help?
