Something seems to be wrong with cocomo.acrobat.com... our
dev team cannot login anymore with our user id and passwords? Even
requesting a new password does not help



Can someone help explain what is going on?

I'm having the same trouble with this, also when accessing
the sign up panel the country combobox doesn't populate and I get
the following error from flash debug when trying to submit the
form.



TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of
a null object reference.

at
com.adobe.rtc.portal.ui::SDKAccountCreate/onCreateUserAndAccountSubmit()

at
com.adobe.rtc.portal.ui::SDKAccountCreate/__createUserAndAccountBtn2_click()





Anyone any ideas?

Hi all,



Sincere apologies - we had a system update last night that
changed some security settings. Service is fully restored as of 9am
PST. We're currently adjusting some of our update procedures to
prevent this from happening again.



thanks, and sorry again - we're definitely learning through
this beta process, and availability is obviously one of our highest
priorities.
